My Babies are growing up!!!!

So the week has been pretty boring. The weather has been yucky everyday, Jaron has been gone all week with work, and I have been slowly finding things to do. Actually, Jaron is gone right now for Hail and Farewell at a bar tonight, so of course we couldn't go to that. As you can see I have had a long kinda sad week. I have been feeling pretty down, but am trying to find good things to focus on.

Yesterday, I ventured out to MOPS (mothers of preschoolers) and it was nice to get out of the house. But it was nice because I got to meet some other people and find out things to do in the area. Today I stopped by a neighbors house that I met at the park last week. Elijah and her daughter who is only like a week older then Elijah get along beautifully. It is so nice to find another child for him to play with and get along with.

As for the kids growing up, its a crazy thing to take part in. Elijah climbed his first tree somewhat by himself today. He is starting show sweetness to Ava all on his own. When she cries he usually screams at the top of his lungs, to scream over her. I have been trying to teach him to ask if she is okay. SO the other night, even though she was not crying, he leaned towards her and was like "you okay sister". And then at bed time when we read, he wanted to hold her. He also, started greeting us with the big hugs and kisses if one of us gone away and comes back. It was really really sweet. His language is getting better on a daily basis.

Ava is changing daily. She is trying with all her might to walk, but isn't quite there. She tries to eat with a spoon and fork at every meal. She points to things in books if asked where's the dog or cat (something that she knows). Today out the in the yard she wanted to hold my hands and walk so she could kick the ball. She has found that she can climb up onto things and loves to do that. She actually climbed onto the couch today, because Elijah took the cushion off. So that is too funny. She also, has been loving to get into the trash can and the cabinets. She loves baths. She loves to yell "more" when she wants more to eat or drink. She loves baths and making big splashes.
