We had pretty festive Halloween. Between a party on Thursday in Elijah's classroom, MAG party, and acutual Halloween the kids for sure got into the spirit of dressing up and enjoying it.
Elijah school party was fun. They carved a pumpkin, had some treats, and played some games. It was great because we were all able to attend and Ava even got to partcipate. The classroom was kinda warm so the kids ended up taking their costumes off. The schools here in Hawaii don't have AC unless its the library or computer room.
The MAG party is all the squadrons combined. It was held in Jaron's hanger which was kinda a sad reminder that he wasn't here. We had a great time between the bouncey slide, air brush tatoos, ballon ghost and pumkin, trick or treating, and pizza. The kids had so much fun and I am happy that we went even though we were tired.
Halloween itself was pretty fun. The kids did great walking from house to house using their manners along the way. We probably went to about 10 houses and that was more then enough. The kids had a great time and are enjoying 2 pieces of candy a day.
Now that Halloween is over Elijah asked if Christmas was next. So now the talk around my house is what they are going to ask Santa for Christmas. Elijah wants a robot and Ava wants a princess. KIDS!!!
