I am still in some sort of denial that Ava is now 5 years old. Where did the time go and when did she become such a big girl. She starts Kindergarten next year!!! Jaron has missed the past two birthdays so this was very special to have him home on her actual birthday.
Ava is really one of the smartest, kindest, and well behaved little girls around. She is very compassionate towards others and willing to share almost anything even with her brothers. She loves to care for others. She is awesome at gymnastics and can do a split, do a flip on the rings, walk the balance beam, do a decent cartwheel, and on her way to a head stand. She is learning to read an do math, much of it she is begging for and teaching herself. She has an amazing memory and can finish sentences of many books we read. She does it all the time when I am reading to the boys and of course it drives Elijah crazy. haha She loves to draw and does so with much care and detail. I think a rainbow is incorporated in almost every drawing. :)
We just love her and can't wait to see her grow over this next year.

The day started with a little birthday cinnamon roll since we weren't celebrating until the next day with her cake and friends.
